Refund Policy

Wallet recharges

Recharged money stays in your wallet until you use it for consultations. It is not refundable to your bank, except where we credit a failed or duplicate payment back to its source.

Consultation refunds

If a consultation went wrong (the astrologer did not respond, the connection failed, you were charged incorrectly, or there was abusive behaviour), report it from that session within 72 hours.

We review the session record and may refund all or part of the charge to your wallet. One claim per session.

Unused balance

Wallet balance is forfeited if you delete your account. You will be warned before that happens.
